Beulah High School Library Addition

 

First Team Construction Company of Auburn was awarded the contract for the new $1.24 million Beulah High School Library Addition in Valley, AL.  This is a nearly 6,000 square foot new facility.  Construction began September 2013, and was completed in June of 2014.  The project team consisted of Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood- architects, Curtis Schultz- Superintendent, Chad Beasley- Project Manager, and Dan Cadden- Assistant Project Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 



Resource Center for Southern Union Community College in Wadley, AL

First Team Construction Company of Auburn was awarded the contract for the new $7.56 million Resource Center for Southern Union Community College in Wadley, AL.  This is a 21,000 square foot new resource center facility with a 1,700 square foot storm shelter.  The project team consisted of PH&J Architects Inc., Wade Peterson- Superintendent, Chad Beasley- Project Manager, and Dan Cadden- Assistant Project Manager.  Construction began January 2014, and was completed April 2016.

Replacement Buildings for T.R. Miller High School for the Brewton City Board of Education

Contract Amount: $9.7 million
Architect: McKee & Associates

This is a multi-phase demolition and new addition project that will include 48,500 square feet of new facilities with classrooms and laboratories for students, as well as office and study areas.  The project team will consisted of Stan Shaw- Superintendent, Chad Beasley- Project Manager, and Dan Cadden- Assistant Project Manager. Construction began summer 2013 with the last phase completed in November 2015.




Mathematics, Science, & Engineering Technology Building for the NACC

Math, Science, and Engineering Technology Building at the Northeast Alabama Community College in Rainsville, Alabama.  The 52,000 square foot facility will house classrooms, anatomy, mathematics, physics, and engineering laboratories as well as office and study areas.  Construction should begin in November 2012 and be complete by the end of 2013.  The project team will consist of Robbie Hardy- Superintendent, Chad Beasley- Project Manager, and Dan Cadden- Assistant Project Manager.

Contract Amount: $9,491,700.00

Architect: Seay, Seay & Litchfield, P.C.

Owner: Northeast Alabama Community College

 

Central Alabama Community College Library & Media Center in Alexander City, AL

 

Contract Amount – $3,686,609.00

Architect – Godwin Jones Architecture & Interior Design
Owner – Central Alabama Community College
Type of Building Project – 22,600 SF New 2-story Library and Media Center consisting of drilled aggregate pier foundations, steel framing, metal roofing, with a brick and precast facade.

A New Greene County High School & Gym in Eutaw, AL

 

Contract Amount – High School: $8,459,000.00          Gym: $3,170,000.00

Architect – Charles Williams & Associates
Owner –Greene County Board of Education
Type of Building Project – 52,947 SF entirely new building, single story masonry construction with wood roof framing, situated on a 44+/- acre lot, plus a brand new Gym.
